This RFP is an invitation to Respondents to submit a Proposal to the Crown for the Technical and Support Services Panel Reset 2026 (the TSS Panel) opportunity. The TSS Panel is a services based panel described further in RFP Part One, and RFP Response Forms.
This RFP is an invitation and not an offer capable of acceptance by a Respondent. The RFP process will be governed by the Conditions of Proposal set out in Part One. However, no binding contract (except as provided Part One) will arise in relation to the TSS Panel unless and until the TSS Panel Master Services Agreement is signed by the Crown and the successful Respondent.
This RFP is made up of two parts, being: Part 1, Instructions and Conditions of Proposal; Part 2, TSS Panel Master Services Agreement
