Reinstatement of the technology block following the fire 27/04/2023. This will include partial replacement and remediation of roof structural elements, the roof and some exterior cladding, replacement of fire damaged wall linings and fabric paneling, associated painting, and full replacement of the fire damaged ceiling and insulation. It will be necessary to replace some fire damaged interior wall linings in the pop-up plantroom. The reinstatement / refurbishment of fire damaged services including, electrical, plumbing, fire, HVAC, and data will be necessary to have the facility fully operational.
