Christchurch City Council (CCC) is advising suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors of a temporary adjustment to PE pipe testing requirements. This change responds to significant global disruption in polyethylene (PE) resin supply, which is affecting the number of extrusion batches delivered to projects and the associated testing burden.
