This is a Request for Information for a Text Messaging Solution.

Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its Response is received by us via the Cotiss tool (see “Cotiss” section below) on or before the Deadline for Responses.

You must submit your Response to us in electronic format (Microsoft Word/Excel and separate PDF versions) via Cotiss. The link is provided below.

Your Response must be titled “Text Messaging Solution”

Access to this RFI will be provided exclusively via Cotiss, as will all questions, answers, updates and addendums that pertain to this process. IR’s use of Cotiss also means Respondents must submit their Responses through Cotiss.
