The University of Waikato is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) to establish a Construction Works Contractor Panel.

The panel will pre‑qualify suitably capable contractors who may be invited to participate in secondary procurement processes for construction works typically ranging from $500,000 to $9,000,000 (NZD).

Appointment to the panel confirms capability and suitability only. Pricing is not established at panel appointment stage, and appointment does not guarantee future work. Value for money will be determined through proportionate secondary procurement for individual engagements.

This panel supports construction works undertaken within New Zealand. The University reserves the right to procure outside the panel where appropriate, in accordance with its Procurement Policy
