What we need
The University seeks to engage a qualified contractor to undertake a comprehensive condition assessment and maintenance program of its water services infrastructure (potable water, wastewater, and stormwater) across the Hamilton campus. The objective is to update and enhance existing ArcGIS utility drawings and improve asset attribute information and metadata. This assessment will also support hydraulic modelling by Hamilton City Council and provide insights into internal system impacts on public reticulation.
What’s important to us?
The Procurement Lead is looking for providers who are able to provide a cost effective solution to accurately assess and map services across the campus. The providers will need to demonstrate they have the resource, capability and a good track record in this field, be detailed in their work and have excellent reporting procedures. The Procurement Lead is interested in a service that may also deliver Economic Benefit (Broader Outcomes) such as employment opportunities.
This procurement is subject to final budget approval. The University reserves the right not to proceed to contract if funding is not confirmed.
