Tokanui toilet upgrade

The project consists of design, construction, supply, installation and reinstatement works and siteworks which includes but are not limited to:

• Development of the design documentation and building consent application.
• Submission and management of building consent.
• Demolition of the existing toilet, including debris removal and disposal to an approved dump site, and reinstatement of affected surrounding areas.
• Supply, install and delivery of a new two pan turnkey concrete toilet block.
• Installation of new power, water through new water tank, sewer and stormwater service connections.
• Level the ground beside the toilet and extend the stormwater manhole riser to match. Add a drainage opening in the riser for playground runoff and fit a dome grate over the manhole inlet.
