Tokoroa Library Upgrade

South Waikato District Council wishes to upgrade the existing library building to provide, first and foremost, a dry, watertight working environment. The facility will be designed to house the latest technology and create an environment which can be used for presentations, lectures, and workshops.
Some minor seismic strengthening is also required.
It is proposed the library upgrades will be delivered in a single-phase project. The project is currently going through the building consent process and SWDC is looking to engage a main contractor to lead the delivery of the construction.
