"Total TV" Technology Solution(s)

TVNZ seeks to procure a technology solution(s) to enable converged selling, optimisation and measurement of our online and offline audiences for our customers through a single transaction (“Total TV”). Aligning the transaction of our AV products (linear and TVNZ+) will enable TVNZ to deliver the functional aspects of TVNZ’s Total TV project. TVNZ’s preference is that the Total TV technology solution(s) will work with TVNZ’s existing linear trafficking and digital ad-server products, however, the solution(s) could form a complete end to end build.

Following the ROI TVNZ is expecting to operate a Competitive Dialogue (CD) process ahead of issuing an RFP to the suppliers shortlisted in this ROI process. The scale and scope of the procurement set out in the RFP may change based on our learnings in the ROI.

As well as supporting improved commercial opportunities, the programme will transform TVNZ's capabilities and support new ways of working, offering simplicity, scale and efficiency as well as improved audience optimisation and measurement.

TVNZ expects the opportunity to be of interest to companies that can demonstrate proven commercial media tech solution experience.
