Totara North School (the School) – Relocation of Block 1 & 3 Student Toilets and Kitchen Reconfiguration – Main Building Contractor

This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance.

The scope of works includes repurposing large resource/kitchen area into unisex student toilets with an additional accessible toilet. Kitchen reconfiguration as a smaller, more efficient use of space. Repurposing of existing student toilets into resource room.


The Contract Works will be delivered in one stage, wholly within school holiday period December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays

Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.
