Town hall Floor Upgrade

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for refurbishment and preservation works to the original timber flooring within the Dunedin Town Hall Main Hall, associated stage access stairs, and stage parquet flooring preserving a significant civic asset.

As the site is an operational and regularly utilised venue, all works must be completed within the available four-week window. Works are required to commence in January and must be completed within four weeks of commencement.
