This Invitation to Partner (ITP) is an open invitation to submit an Application to be appointed to the Transitional Housing (TH) Provider Panel. Providers on the TH Provider Panel can be contracted for TH services by Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga – The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
TH provides warm, dry, and safe short-term housing and support services for individuals and whānau who don’t have anywhere to live. We need providers with the ability to deliver TH accommodation and support services to individuals and whānau in urgent need of housing while the government and community housing providers increase public housing supply. We are also seeking providers to deliver a new service for TH accommodation and support services specifically for Rangatahi (TH Rangatahi).
