Trust House Recreation Centre - Maintenance Services Contract

The Trust House Recreation Centre is located at 2 Dixon Street North, Masterton, across the road from Queen Elizabeth Park. Trust House Recreation Centre provides the Wairarapa District with an array of facilities such as:
• Full sporting and events stadium
• Split level fitness centre
• Specialised fitness programmes
• Swimming and Water Safety Programmes
• Full aquatics department including spa and sauna

The purpose of this RFT is for Masterton District Council (MDC) to identify suppliers with the expertise to maintain the Trust House Recreation Centre facility building, plant and equipment.
You will be a credible supplier with demonstrated experience in delivering these types of services.
The contract term is to commence 1 July 2025 for three years and you will have the resources and capacity to deliver the services in full.
