USP EOI 302/21 - LEASING OF VACANT SPACE FOR LAUNDROMAT, LAUCALA CAMPUS (FORMERLY NAKAUVADRA GYM)

The University of the South Pacific is the premier institution of higher learning for the South Pacific region, uniquely placed in a region of extraordinary physical, social and economic diversity. Its multi-cultural nature of the staff and student body give USP an exceptional identity. The governments of twelve island countries jointly own the University Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Samoa. The University has Campuses in all the twelve member countries. The main campus, Laucala, is in Suva, Fiji.
The Campus itself comprises of the Upper Campus, Middle Campus, Statham Campus and Lower Campus (see attached picture of building Appendix 1).
The USP hereby invites expressions of interest from interested and experienced parties in providing commercial laundromat from campus students and staff.
One Retail Spaces formerly Nakauvadra Gym, Gross Area approximately 91.2sq metres with an assignable area of 87.4sq metres. (see attached building floor space drawings Appendix 2)
Laucala Campus houses 48 Staff Residences and close to 1,000 Students from Halls of Residences, and accommodates for students living in University properties off campus.
