University Accommodation, Wellington - Cleaning Services

University Accommodation, Wellington comprises a network of diverse accommodation buildings housing approximately 2,500 students attending Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.

The cleaning services are an integral part of our accommodation operation. We are reviewing the cleaning services across all halls of residence to establish consistency in standards of service and operation across the accommodation portfolio. Whilst we are wanting consistency in service provision we are open to split the contract with up to two providers due to the size of the portfolio.

At the ROI stage we are looking for your high level response and how your organisation aligns with what we are wanting to achieve in terms of consistency and quality in service delivery. Organisations need to demonstrate they understand the different cleaning requirements in an accommodation environment. We are also interest in any innovative approach and the use of technology in monitoring service delivery.

Shortlisted respondents will then be invited to the second stage of the process being a RFP (request for proposal)
