University of Waikato ROI for Health Precinct

The University is proposing to construct a new precinct to house its Division of Health, including teaching and staff facilities for a range of programmes, as well as accommodation and associated landscaping and services.

We are looking to procure early contractor involvement services to assist throughout the design phases in order to ensure that smart, efficient design solutions are implemented so that construction timing and costs are optimised.
