New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) requires a qualified technical services contractor to deliver comprehensive, end to end staging, sound, lighting, and visual production services—including equipment supply, labour, and venue technician support—across New Plymouth Event Venues. This includes ensuring a dedicated Venue Technician is consistently overseeing backstage and technical operations on behalf of the venues, enabling reliable, safe, and high-quality technical delivery for all events held at TSB Showplace, TSB Stadium, Stadium Taranaki, and the future development Tūparikino.
