Upgrade of heating and ventillation and Reception re-jig - Cannons Creek Pool

We’re seeking an experienced and capable main contractor to deliver the coordinated refurbishment and services upgrade of Cannons Creek pool. The successful contractor will have proven experience managing complex live-site projects, coordinating multiple specialist subcontractors and delivering high-quality outcomes with strong planning, communication and health and safety practices.

A key priority of this project is maintaining the ongoing operation of the pool while construction is underway, with minimal disruption to customers, staff and surrounding facilities, Respondents will demonstrate how they will carefully stage the works, maximise the reuse of existing infrastructure where practical, manage commissioning within the planned pool closure period, and deliver a safe, efficient and sustainable solution that supports the long-term performance of the facility.
