Upper Hutt City Water Network Model Build, Calibration and Zone Management Plan

Wellington Water Limited is seeking professional hydraulic modelling services from a consultant to build, calibrate, and develop a comprehensive drinking water hydraulic model for the entire Upper Hutt City network. The project also includes assessing the current and future performance of the water system, identifying levels of service deficiencies and recommending operational changes and capital upgrades for improvement, and developing a detailed Zone Management Plan (ZMP) with prioritisation, implementation plan and high-level capital cost estimation. The goal is to create a robust hydraulic model and comprehensive master planning document for our planning and operations teams to ensure a resilient and efficient water supply for the community now and into the future.
