The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is looking for qualified Respondents who can lead the design, and implementation, of a transformational secondary education programme in Vanuatu, in collaboration with the Vanuatu Ministry of Education and Training (MoET).
MFAT will release research collateral (as outlined in the ToR) for respondents to review, upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please see attached RFP documents for further information.
