Virtual Power Purchasing Agreement

In this RFP, the Customers are:
 KiwiRail Holdings Limited ("KiwiRail")
 Auckland Transport (“AT”)
 Greater Wellington Regional Council | Metlink (“GW | Metlink”)
collectively known as the “Customer”.

The Customer invites external organisations to submit their proposals ("RFP Response") to supply electricity to the Customer’s nominated sites via a Virtual Power Purchasing Agreement (“VPPA”) with sleeving and firming, ideally via a new renewable electricity generation project (“the Goods/Services”).
Ideally, the Respondent will act as the Customer’s electricity retailer, being a single entity with whom we can contract who will provide the Goods/Services for the term of any contract awarded following the RFP. The current electricity load for any VPPA is 98.2 GWh pa.
