WDC Hokitika Racecourse ROI

Westland District Council is seeking registrations of interest (ROI)
from suitably experienced developers interested in acquiring all or
some of the land at the former Hokitika Racecourse site as specified
in this ROI with the intention of delivering quality, affordable
residential housing.
This ROI document sets out Westland District Council’s expectations,
details of the ROI process and the evaluation criteria that will apply.
Interested parties who wish to submit a ROI (Respondents) must
respond in accordance with the requirements and terms and
conditions set out in this document.
The ROI is part of a two-stage process, successful respondents will be
invited to submit a Request For Proposal (RFP).
