Wānaka Recreation Centre Indoor Sports Courts Wooden Floor System

Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) invites proposals from qualified parties for an indoor sports courts wooden sprung flooring system for the Wānaka Recreation Centre in Three Parks, Wānaka.
We are procuring the supply and installation of a high-quality wooden flooring system for the two indoor sports courts at the Wānaka Recreation Centre. This upgrade will replace the current rebound ace synthetic surface with a wooden floor that meets recognised standards for indoor sport, providing improved player safety, better performance and greater long-term durability. The preferred installation timeframe is between December 2026 and January 2027 to minimise disruption to facility users.
