EECA are seeking suitably qualified suppliers – either directly or via a consortium arrangement – to submit a Proposal to undertake retrofit insulation and heat pump installation quality audits for the EECA Funded Warmer Kiwi Homes residential retrofit programme, until 30 June 2027
It is essential that the Warmer Kiwi Home installations are completed safely and to a high quality. EECA is looking for providers who have the capability, capacity and experience to deliver the services in the required locations within the required timings. The provider will need to have a good track record in the provision of auditing services.
EECA's goal is to commence a contract from 1 November 2024
