Water Mains Resilience Phase Three

The Buyer requires a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the Phase three Water Mains Resilience works at the Unitec Mt Albert Campus.
The works comprise targeted renewal, replacement, modification and installation of water infrastructure, together with associated civil works, testing, commissioning, reinstatement, and as-built documentation.
The works are divided into four Work Packages (WP01–WP04), which define the specific scope and requirements.
The successful Respondent will be responsible for providing a complete, end-to-end solution, including all planning, coordination, resources, procurement, construction, and project close-out necessary to deliver the works from commencement through to final handover.
