Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) has been appointed as the Ministry of Education (MOE)’s delivery partner for the Wellington Girls' College Seismic Remediation Project.
We have procured design consultants and now intend to award the Pe-construction Services Agreement (PCSA) following a two-stage procurement process.
.
The first stage commences with this ROI with the purpose of:
• Providing information on the Project including the high-level contract pathway and pricing structure.
• Providing an indicative timeline for the procurement of the preconstruction contractor (Construction Consultant).
• Inviting suitably qualified Respondents to register their interest to be involved in this procurement process.
• Evaluating those Respondents to enable CID to determine a shortlist of Respondents to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) stage.
'
Please find further details in the ROI document pack. NOTE: Respondents are required to send a signed Confidentiality Agreement to receive Appendix 4 - Supplementary Documentation.
Please email your signed Confidentiality Agreement to Procurement@CID.govt.nz.
