Wycola Skate Park Renewal

The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the renewal of Wycola Skate Park, including the renewal of the skate park, pathways and installation of play items.

The objective of this RFT process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Tenderers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Contract Works. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Contractor to provide the Contract Works.

To align with our strategic aspirations, by awarding the contract to a Contractor, the Council intends to:

• Ensure value for money for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community;
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of the Works;
• Enhance the environment.
• Promote diversity, acceptance, inclusiveness and access for people of all abilities; and
• Foster local business
