In line with work underway at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (“Health NZ”) to uplift the Emergency Ambulance Sector (EAS) and delivery and digital channels strategies, a new Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) solution is being sought to replace the existing legacy solution, reduce security and privacy risks, while providing increased functionality and access to information for users within and downstream to the solution.
This Advance Notice of Procurement is to inform the market that: Health NZ intends to run a procurement process in late 2024 seeking a Supplier of an Ambulance Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) to assist the National Ambulance Team in establishing an ePCR solution nationwide to be made available to Ambulance Service Providers in the EAS. The Supplier will provide implementation of the core solution and ongoing support and maintenance.
